LHS Sophomore Jadyn Bollin Named Member of the KSHSAA Student Advisory Team
Lansing USD469 is excited to announce that LHS sophomore Jadyn Bollin has been appointed as one of the six new Kansas State High School Activities Association Student Advisory Team (SAT) members on April 10th. Alongside Jadyn, the team welcomes Jamarcus Tyson from Junction City (6A), Trista Welty from Clearwater (4A), Charlie Budke from Beloit (3A), Shaliah Ensley from Marion (2A), and Lee Holopirek from Canton Galva (1A).
Jadyn will begin her service as a junior in August 2024, representing Class 5A, and will serve a two-year term. Additionally, six seniors from last year's team will continue their service on the 2024-25 Student Advisory Team.
The team will see a rotation of six new members annually. Their primary role involves receiving information and offering insights to the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and Association staff regarding issues concerning the Kansas State High School Activities Association. The SAT will also act as a forum to discuss proposals affecting students.
Great work, Jadyn! It's A Great Day To Be A Lion!
