Klinton Brown, IT Technician
Question: How long have you worked for Lansing USD469?
Answer: A little over a year
Question: Can you tell us a bit about yourself and the role you have within the school district?
Answer: I'm an IT guy, so I help people with all their technology related issues. I also help set up the iPads and MacBooks for new hires.
Question: What do you enjoy most about your role and the work you do in the school district?
Answer: I highly value education, so I find it really fulfilling to help ensure things are running smoothly for teachers, staff, and students. I've also enjoyed getting to know all the great staff around the district.
Question: When you're not working, what hobbies or activities do you enjoy?
Answer: I like to hang out and watch goofy YouTube videos with my wife and our dog and cat. I also like to play video games and read books.
Question: What is something unusual about you that most people don't know?
Answer: I'm a big history and language nerd. Finnish is my favorite language, and I've studied it quite a bit.
Question: What piece of advice would you like to offer to students to help them succeed and make the most of their educational journey?
Answer: Do your homework and keep your grades up.
