Congratulations to Lansing Elementary Interventionist, Holly Kane, For Being Nominated for the Kansas Master Teacher Award!
Lansing Elementary School staff came together on Monday, November 7th, to surprise Mrs. Holly Kane with the news that she had been nominated for the Kansas Master Teacher Award. Lansing Elementary School Principal Jennifer Kolb nominated Mrs. Kane for her work ethic and success as an interventionist.
"Holly Kane is dedicated and committed to serving the staff and students of Lansing Elementary School. She has worked tirelessly to structure, implement, and evaluate the impact of our multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) on student performance. I am proud to announce she is our nominee for the 2023 Kansas Master Teacher Award through Emporia State University."
Emporia State established the Kansas Master Teacher awards in 1954. The awards are presented annually to selected teachers who demonstrate the attributes of exemplary professional educators.
