Mrs. Rexroat had fun celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday a day early on Friday by making "Ooblek" with her kindergarten class. The class started the day by reading the Dr. Seuss book "Barholomew and the Oobleck" and finished by learning about science and making their very own Oobleck creations.
Mrs. Rexroat had a blast with the class. "The sounds of them playing and laughing is what kindergarten is all about!"
"I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living!" - Dr. Seuss
Great job little Lions and Mrs. Rexroat!
